What if I want to change something later?
You can. Small tweaks (a new field, a text change, a color) are included in your monthly fee. If you want to add a bigger new feature, we send you a clear quote before doing anything. We never charge for something you haven't approved.
Is the app mine, or do I share it with others?
It's yours alone. Your data is kept separate and nobody else has access. It's not a generic program used by hundreds of businesses: it's built for yours. If you ever want to leave, we hand over your data and help with the transition.
Why pay a monthly maintenance fee?
Because an app is like a shop: someone has to keep it open. The fee covers the server your app lives on, backups, security and support when something breaks or you have a question. Without it, one day it goes down and you lose your information. It costs far less than an employee or traditional software.
Do I need to know anything about technology?
Not at all. You tell us how you work in your own words. We take care of everything technical, and we leave you a short guide and an explainer video. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use your app.
